Last updated: June 13, 2026

Prohibited content is not allowed.

You may not use pumaDB to store, process, transmit, query, or facilitate prohibited content or prohibited activity. This applies to data submitted by you, your agents, your applications, and anyone using your account or API keys.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using pumaDB, you agree to these Terms. If you use pumaDB for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use pumaDB.

2. Your account and data

You are responsible for your account, credentials, API keys, agents, applications, and Customer Data. You must keep credentials secure and promptly rotate or revoke keys if they may have been exposed. You retain ownership of your Customer Data, and you grant pumaDB the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and operate it solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

3. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use pumaDB for content, data, or activity that falls into any of the categories below.

  • Illegal or fraudulent activity. Content or activity that violates law, promotes fraud, supports scams, enables identity theft, evades sanctions, or facilitates criminal conduct.
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any child sexual abuse material, sexualized depiction of minors, grooming, trafficking, exploitation, or content that facilitates abuse of minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content. Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, synthetic sexual media depicting a real person without consent, or content created to harass or exploit someone sexually.
  • Violence, extremism, and serious harm. Credible threats, incitement of violence, terrorist or violent extremist content, instructions for violent wrongdoing, or content that materially enables self-harm or harm to others.
  • Harassment, abuse, and privacy violations. Doxxing, stalking, targeted harassment, extortion, intimidation, or storage or disclosure of personal, confidential, sensitive, or identifying information without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization.
  • Stolen data and financial abuse. Stolen credentials, stolen personal information, stolen financial data, card testing, payment fraud, money laundering, or tooling or records intended to support those activities.
  • Malware and security abuse. Malware, command-and-control infrastructure, botnets, credential phishing, malicious automation, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, exploit payloads, or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • Spam and deceptive messaging. Unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive collection of personal data, deceptive impersonation, fake engagement, reputation manipulation, or search-result manipulation.
  • Intellectual property infringement. Content that infringes or misappropriates copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.
  • Regulated or high-risk goods and services. Content or activity that facilitates illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, unlicensed gambling, unlawful financial services, or high-risk systems where failure could cause death, personal injury, or catastrophic damage.
  • Service abuse. Activity that degrades, disrupts, overloads, scrapes, mines cryptocurrency on, probes, reverse engineers, or otherwise abuses pumaDB, our providers, other users, or third-party systems.

4. Security and limits

You must comply with documented account limits, rate limits, storage limits, and API requirements. You must not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, networks, or resources you are not authorized to access. You must not interfere with the service or use pumaDB to interfere with anyone else's services.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, limit, remove, preserve, or terminate access to accounts, data, API keys, or services when we believe there is legal, security, operational, reputational, or user harm risk. We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, regulators, service providers, or other appropriate third parties. We have no general obligation to monitor Customer Data.

6. Service changes and availability

pumaDB is provided as an early service and may change over time. Features, limits, free access, pricing, availability, and integrations may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but the service is provided without uptime commitments unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Warranties and liability

pumaDB is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pumaDB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, security incidents caused by your systems or credentials, or interruption of use.

8. Termination

You may stop using pumaDB at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for pumaDB or others, or use the service in a way that we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, prohibited use, enforcement, disclaimers, limits of liability, and reporting obligations.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of pumaDB after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Reporting abuse

Report suspected prohibited content, security abuse, or other violations to abuse@pumadb.ai. Include enough detail for us to investigate, such as account identifiers, URLs, timestamps, API key prefixes, table names, or other relevant records when available.
